What we do
From overhaul and part manufacturing to balancing and metrology, every stage runs to documented tolerances and ISO procedures.
Full strip-down, inspection and rebuild, with a cartridge-on-exchange option to cut vessel downtime.
Reconditioning of rotors, bearings and casings, with high-speed balancing to restore rated performance.
In-house production of engine and turbocharger spares to original specifications and material grades.
Dimensional inspection and measurement reports on every job, applied to ISO-certified standards.
Field engineers attend the vessel to overhaul turbochargers in place, at port or at anchorage.
Planned turbocharger and engine work scheduled around dry-dock windows to keep the ship on programme.
Built to tolerance
Compressor wheels and shafts are machined and inspected against original geometry, then signed off with a measurement report you can file.
Where we work
Two-stroke and four-stroke propulsion turbochargers for merchant and naval fleets.
Service and parts for naval and defense powerplants under controlled procedures.
Turbochargers for stationary diesel and gas engines in power generation.
